Anti-Bribery Policy

Prohibition of Bribery and Corruption: Uranus  Services prohibits its employees, contractors, and agents from offering, paying, soliciting or accepting bribes or any other form of corrupt payment, whether in cash or in-kind, directly or indirectly, in connection with its business activities.

Gifts, Hospitality, and Expense Claims: All gifts, hospitality, and      expenses must be reasonable, proportionate, and in line with local business practices. They must not be intended to influence a business decision or to gain an advantage over competitors. All gifts, hospitality, and expenses must be recorded accurately and transparently in Uranus  Services’ books and records.

Political Contributions: Uranus Services prohibits employees, contractors, and agents from making political contributions that could be seen as an attempt to influence government decisions or secure business advantage.

Third-Party Relationships: Uranus  Services requires that all third-party relationships, including agents, intermediaries, consultants, and suppliers, are subject to due diligence procedures to ensure that they are not associated with bribery or corruption.

Reporting of Concerns: Uranus  Services encourages employees, contractors, and agents to report any concerns or suspicions of bribery or corruption. Uranus  Services will maintain a confidential reporting mechanism to allow employees to report concerns without fear of retaliation.

Training and Awareness: Uranus  Services will provide training and awareness to all employees, contractors, and agents to ensure they understand and comply with this Anti-Bribery Policy.

Review and Monitoring: Uranus  Services will regularly review and monitor compliance with this Anti-Bribery Policy, and take appropriate action to address any violations.

Uranus  Services is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior in all its business activities. This Anti-Bribery Policy sets out the principles and procedures to prevent bribery and corruption, and all employees, contractors, and agents of Uranus  Services in Qatar are expected to comply with it. We will regularly monitor and review this policy to ensure it remains effective in preventing and detecting bribery and corruption. We encourage all employees, contractors, and agents to report any concerns they have in relation to this policy.
